I'm not saying they can't or that they aren't familiar with them. I'm saying that if you're asking for the advice of a medical professional on how to deal with a penis, the medical professional who deals (pretty much exclusively) with the vagina probably isn't your best bet. There are doctors out there who deal with penises and it's probably a better idea to ask one of them.
