As someone who is in the same boat as far as having Alzheimer's ravage my mom's side of the family I'd say forgetting to know how to wash your penis properly should be one of the last things to worry about and make you consider circumcising your children. By the time it gets that bad you usually need someone to help you clean yourself anyway.
