Is your steering bad / all messed up? Is that why you took it to the shop? I can't really comment on this as it is not a repair I'm familiar with. Its not something that should wear out typically (on relatively recent model year vehicle with regular use).

You can change your own air filter in about 5 minutes (and without getting your hands dirty) for about $15-20. Cabin air filter is at your discretion, as this just filters the air you breathe (usually an easy change also).

Unless the car is mangy, leaky or not well kept I would skip the diff services and transmission oil change. If the brakes feel ok (not soft/spongy) I would skip the flush and get it done the next time you are getting brakes serviced.
