I think that there will be more sacrifice to come, some deaths will be reversed obviously Black Panther and Spider-Man are cornerstones right now that have movies still to come, but there will be permanent death, there has to be.

Most likely Cap or IonMan laying down their life, both have expressed interest in moving on from the franchise.

I also think GoTG 3 will be about them saving Gamora from inside the red stone, forget its name right now, soulstone? Thanos talking to her in there after he snapped his fingers I believe was a hint to that.

In the second viewing that cut to black at the end has such a great impact. My wife was in the middle of asking me a question then it cut to black and she yelled "WAIT THATS IT!?!??" it was great.
