The power balance for all the battles seemed way out of whack. Like - someone from Thanos' group would seem unbelievably powerful and crush someone who was powerful, then they'd be easily defeated by someone else that they should have been able to handle. Same thing with Team Avengers. So weird.
As for Thanos commenting on Strange not using the time stone.. Strange said he watched over 14 million timelines and there was only one where they were able to defeat Thanos. Which I'm guessing is the one where they give him all the stones. Something will happen in the next movie that will revert all of this.

One of my biggest gripes was how they over projected the Dr. Strange time stone thing. I'm sure they'll throw in some twists that will make it more exciting though.
