that movie had a budget of $70 million! in late 1990's dollars! where the hell did all that cash go into, when all the sets, costumes and CGI look so damn cheap that they're on par with the TV show 10 years earlier. especially when its predecessor First Contact was really good looking when it came out and even mostly holds up to viewings today.
