In fact, it pretty much had zero effect in Toronto from what I saw. You know who also drives me crazy is Marin Cilic, sometimes he bounces the ball more than 20 times before he serves. I keep waiting for somebody to yell out "Hit the damn ball" during the bouncing session. It's going to happen during the US Open, mark my words.
