Easy to say that from our end because we know where all the votes have gone the past few weeks. Rockstar is having her votes questioned a lot and especially after last week, Bayleigh and Hayleigh don't trust her. Keep in mind the hacker stuff all went down a day or two after the blindside of Rachel and there was a TON of confusion as to what was going on. But yeah, your scenario makes total sense if Hayeligh knew exactly who voted for who.
