He doesn’t have Parsons in his top 10, seems a bit harsh perhaps putting too much stock into his 1st year pro where he struggled with some injuries.
As I said in our draft polls I think 2-8 (or 7 in his case with no Parsons) are real close in my mind. I can see arguments for various rankings. Interesting to see the author favour our forwards (Mangiapane, Dube and Foo) ahead of Andersson/Kylington. All 3 forwards must be quite happy with the Brouwer buyout as their chances of seeing time on the big club go up. Mangiapane and Foo seem likely to see nhl time as an injury fill in at the least.
