I picked 4, but I'm probably being generous. As bad as Brouwer's was, we haven't had a truly crippling contract of the likes that Sutter or Feaster were infamous for. I can't recall a signing by BT that truly boggled my mind. Most of the signing made sense at the time and were for legit holes in the lineup. At some point it's up to the player to perform.
The Neal signing has the potential to be a home run.
