It's a pretty clear strength. He's able to do things that other teams feel is impossible (first Hamilton trade, 2nd rounder for Berra).
He'll be judged on the Hamilton deal moving forward, and though Car got the best player on paper, I'd suggest the paper is about as soft as he is between the ears as time passes.
I don't like trading 1sts though, and it almost blew up with the lottery this year (kinda), so it's a 4, not a 5.
