If you were passed by a car with it’s window open and then got shot I think it’s reasonable to put the gun in the hands of the only thing there.

How do you end up inducing lethal road rage on an empty highway. It’s possible but do you think anyone in the car would consider people shooting in a field a possible source of gunshot?
