Watching Shapo last night, he was really bringing some heat on his first serve (the radar gun hit 130 MPH a couple of times). The only bad part was very few of those serves were landing in the service box. With him being left-handed, I would advise him to take some MPH off and swing his opponent way out of court (especially in the ad court) and try to end the point quickly with a volley to the opposite court. Speaking of his volleys, it's still a part of his game that could use some improvement.
