So....just recently tried my hand at making home made hamburgers.
OMG have I been missing out. Had no idea they were so easy to make and turn out so well. Just starting with a good ground beef and form into patties with a press. Trying not to work them too much.
On the BBQ at 450-500 with only salt & pepper, 3 mins per side. Amazeballs. But wondering if it's better to have the lid open or closed? I think I'd like them a bit less done in the middle.
