Selling vets and acquiring draft picks is pretty straight-forward. Also, picking in the top 10 is usually pretty straight-forward.

I'll reserve my judgement until we see how he turns those assets into a team, who he keeps and who he trades, etc.

To this point, I haven't seen anything from him that has impressed me as a GM. Quite the opposite actually.
