The most impressive part about the Coyotes rebuild is that they have been able to do it without the luck that other teams have had with regards to drafting the easy picks (McDavid, Eichel, Matthews, Dahlin). He has made some good trades of aging assets to collect draft picks. I don't think that they are a playoff team yet as they still need some extra offense from the forwards but they are going in the right direction.
