That's about right for Hathaway. I still hope that he can elevate his offensive game a little in the NHL, but what we saw last year is likely who he is. Basically Josh Jooris all over again. He'll carve out a nice NHL career as a replacement level player that jumps from team to team eeking out one year deals.
I'm torn on what to do with Brouwer. I am still hopeful that he can provide the team something more than what we saw last year. Perhaps Peters can light a fire under his butt, along with some strong play from kids who are gunning for his spot. It's really up to him at this point if he wants to avoid a buyout. I honestly don't see it happening this off-season, but then I didn't see Treliving going out and trading Hamilton and Ferland for Hanifin and Lindholm either.
