Richard E. Grant: https://www.imdb.com/name/nm0001290/ --- Not a newcomer. He has been around for a long time and has been in everything from Spice World to Downton Abbey. He looks like he was born to play an Imperial in a Star Wars movie. In fact, if you were casting someone to play Tarkin's son, you'd probably cast Richard E. Grant (not that I'm suggesting that's who he's playing).
