Linden has endured a tonne of criticism in the local media and from fans at the summer summits. In truth I don’t think any of us have a clear idea on specifically how deeply he was involved in day-to-day hockey operations. In any event, whether it be Linden or Benning steering that sinking ship in Vancouver, I as a Flames fan remain happy and entertained.
