Contacting city of Calgary to begin the process to register for TIPP?

Personally, I like doing windows film on certain windows (especially basements). It's not hard to install with no bubbles, but you might have to sacrifice a sheet or two in the name of practice. I think it looks nicer than crappy blinds or cut cardboard many people use. I think it's cheaper as well and something that I don't mind leaving on long term vs something like paper blinds I'm always looking to upgrade later. It also doesn't hurt that windows film on occasion can deter burglars. Opaque vs reflective has pros and cons. You cannot see out for opaque, but can for reflective. Reflective offers privacy during the day when there's more light outside than inside, but does not offer privacy at night when there's more light inside than outside.
