Speaking of noise issues... I absolutely regret not insulating the walls when we did our small bathroom reno. Didn't think it was that big of a deal to replace the insulation, but man you can really hear everything now. I wonder if it would be enough to drill through the top-plates and blow in some loose insulation between the studs, or if that would even help at all.
