I like making my own guacamole to have with nachoes.

2 ripe avacados
1 roma tomato
1/4 red onion
1 jalapeno
juice of 1 lime
salt & pepper

Mash avacadoes, cut tomato, onion and jalapeno fine and mix everything together. Delicious.
