I agree with much of what you have said about Klimchuk. He should have been on the Flames last season over at least a couple of vets. He lacks the high end upside but every time I see him I see an NHL player. The people that actually make the decisions obviously disagree though.
As for where I would rank him I'm not sure at this point. Not top tier but perhaps second.
