Bought an Uuni 3 pellet fire pizza oven this last weekend. Holy he77, compared to BBQ fired "ovens" this thing is next level. Got up to over 900 degrees in less than 10 minutes and was able to bang off a bunch of properly cooked (aka puffy w/ bit of charring ) neopolitan pizzas. Key now will be dialing back the heat for different cooks......and earning back the $400 sticker price
