He played almost exclusively on Jankowski's line. Most commonly with Versteeg as the other winger, and then with Hathaway (forming the line he played with in the AHL). He averaged over 15 minutes per game. He also got PP time. That's not horrific for a rookie callup. Of course, it was only two games.
I think the bigger complaint was that he didn't impress at camp.
Also "decent".
