Morgan Rielly, Hampus Lindholm, Matt Dumba, Filip Forsberg, Jacob Trouba all were available. If they had Ryan Murray maybe they don't deal Hall for Larsson. A lot of their team building problems stem back from the decision to take Yakupov over a dman.
Oilers failed there. But they didn't even listen to their scouts that draft. Their scouts wanted Ryan Murray. Owner overruled them.
Katz is a clown and runs the Oilers like a clown show. They get what they deserve.
