When he’s on the ice he makes use of his time and has provided intimidation and grit to some of the more talented higher end teams over that time frame. Unless Reaves can improve his game to another level, most notably his offense which I doubt he can at this point, I'm not convinced he should be worth more than $1.2M a year with his current game.
