This seems to be the new norm - lots of back unit 4plexes seem to be about this "garden view" now. Prices reflect it though, so that might be the price of admission.

Outside of the Curling Club, Lot 102, and Julios barrio - I can't think of other commercial businesses on Memorial between Center street and Crowchild North.
