Mangipane 22 year old 10 NHL games ... would be worth a 7th round pick maybe a 6th round pick that the Flames paid for him.
Just to establish relative value what would you feel comfortable offering the Jets for Petan? If you say anything more than a 4th round pick I would be surprised.
