Are you legitimately concerned that the current Flames management would fall prey to thinking like fans? As you say, the Flames need scoring. The only way I can see Hamilton moved is if a deal actually addresses this need.

Well when you're likely trading the best player in a deal of course it's a concern. I'm also not as sold on this management team as you appear to be. Treliving is a fine GM, he's not shown himself to be a
great GM worthy of blanket trust.
