People talk about how fans over value the players on their own teams, seems to me we have the opposite problem when it comes to dougie.

Disagree. I think everyone know full well what kind of player Dougie is. What is happening is he's a fan favorite for a lot of people and when people talk about trading him it's get the hackles up. It's not over valuing and its not under valuing, it just is a part of the off season.
