I like Lindholm and skinner but to date their form is 40 point centre (sound defensively) and 50 point winger. I don't think Hamilton, Bennett and kylington wouldn't be worth the slight upgrade personally.

Firstly, Sprong is bursting at the seams. He had 32 goals and 65 points in 65 AHL games last year, he was 20. He's got wheels and if you were lucky enough to trade for and put him on the top line with JG/SM he'd probably end up top 5 in Calder voting this time next season.
Secondly, Skinner is just 26 and already has three 30+ goal seasons and six 20+ goal season in the NHL. He is also a great skater which is a bonus for a team that wants to play fast.
Thirdly, even if Lindholm has topped out, which I doubt he has at 23, he's still a solid two way 45 point C with good underlying numbers and strong face off ability.
