Until someone challenges it in court and there is a reliable method to determine impairment, I’d say companies will maintain a zero tolerance policy.
I’d say a lot of people who work in these environments and are influenced by them would be fine with zero tolerance until that reliable method is determined. Companies can already dictate use of legal substances, this won’t be any different
