Also not sure if he still does them but I had mine done by Dr Eric Babins. He worked out of Southland Leisure Centre at the time (Lifemark Physio) and teaches at U of C, plus has been team doctor at some point for the Hitmen, Stamps, Mens and Womens National hockey teams which made for some interesting conversation during the procedure.
