Yogurt IS bacteria and you're worried about bacteria?

There are a lot of faults in our food industry and expiry dates are one of them. I will drink expired milk indefinitely until it is obvious it's bad (sour, chunky). If it tastes, smells, and looks fine, then it is!

Remember even water has a best before date.

I left chicken out all night and ate it. Only time I've been burned is obviously undercooked chicken.
