Yup, obviously it's Penny that would start the negotiations, and Kemp would likely (hopefully) be included as well. Even still, I'm weary about dealing Vernon.
EDIT: heres a link with a couple of jays tidbits, and it mentions Penny as well.
Also mentions Chris Gomez as a possible signing, although I don't really see why sisnce the Jays just picked up Smith in the Rule 5 draft.
