I like to work on my cars as well but if my neighbor was doing that much work in his garage constantly that would be incredibly annoying. We suspect one of our previous neighbors would buy cars off auctions fix them up and resell them. It was terrible because there were always 6 of his cars around the neighborhood and there wasn't a ton of parking.
