Let's also not forget that should he dump her, he loses half of his assets as they were common law. It's a very very high price for him, and we likely will not hear his story until this blows over years from now.

That is a lot of assumptions stuffed into a single post. I am not convinced it is altogether productive to conjecture much beyond what we know: that Mrs. Karlsson is a victim of relentless internet harassment, and that she has identified a perpetrator. We don't know anything about what lies behind these facts, and there are rather actually a number of equally viable explanations for what occurred.
