I am sure that Hoffman isn't going to just break-up over this - he of course loves her, so of course he believes her and has given her the benefit of the doubt. Maybe that changes when/if they find undeniable proof of her actions, but until that day comes, one would assume Hoffman is going to stick by her and defend her.

It may very well be that his fiancée is indeed innocent and this has been a horrible misunderstanding that points the finger at Monika, but who knows? Maybe the Karlssons are 100% sure with their proof, and it is an open and shut case for them, and they will indeed be proven 100% right. I am personally not going to necessarily believe one side over the other right now as of course we aren't privy to any evidence. It sounds as if Monika has some 'issues' with so many wives chiming in, but that doesn't necessarily prove that she is guilty.

If a trade were to happen, I would assume that the GM thinking of acquiring Hoffman would probably ask to sit down with Hoffman and say: "We want you on our team, but your wife will not be allowed to join any function that the team has, nor can she attend games with the other wives." Something like that. Whether she is innocent or guilty at this point, there seems to be too many wives simply chiming-in with their dislike of her.

This will be an interesting (and very unfortunate for the Karlssons) soap opera to follow. Really sucks for them. If Monika is guilty, then I hope that this will provide an example to the rest of the online cyber bullying/stalking presence that this behavior has consequences, and that you aren't necessarily some anonymous person who is able to say and do things at will to purposefully hurt someone else.

We haven't found out how Monika is as a person - though the accusation is damning, and the other wives coming together and pointing the finger at Monika is also very damning. You can be sure that Hoffman loves his fiancée, but hopefully a buddy can point out Mike Ribeiro to him (IIRC, a good example). A person that you choose to spend the rest of your life with should be one that helps support you and inspire you to become better, rather than someone that will hurt you personally or professionally with their actions and thoughts.
