Default Applying for a new job, how do I know what software I've used?

Hi all,

I have been out of the corporate world for a while now, been more actively involved with some family business's and taken on a new approach to life after a health issue.

In any event I am looking to get back into the corporate gig once again, I have a background in finance and worked at big 5 bank for 6 years. I was using bank software systems while I worked there to do my work and I never had any issues using them.

What I am finding is that a lot of career opportunities want applicants who have software experience I am NOT familiar with at all. I MAY have used some of these platforms in my previous role when I left in 2014 as the industry has lots of similar foundations but propitiatory user interface but I just knew them by their internal names.

Some of the terms I am seeing are Server, R, SQL, VBA, and/or Python.
Performance systems such as: Sylvan Opturo, Bisam, Ortek, Eagle , SCD

Am I over thinking this from a qualification perspective in some ways? I've never had any issues with technology as I am in my early 30's. I always like to be as prepared as much as possible during an interview and don't want to waste anybody's time and I want some traction once I get this process started.

Any advice is greatly appreciated.
Thx
