Well unless you're best friends with Tavares to state you're 99% sure of anything is a wildly foolish statement. Tavares himself may not be 99% sure of where he wants to go.
Statements like these are easily dismissed. You can't possibly know where Tavares wants to go. Don't pretend you do.
