I'm pretty sure the core will be going to China, with the scrubs staying in town. Doesn't mean they will make the team -- fortunately, I think we'll get an exemption on the "minimum vet" requirement meaning more young guys and less vets on PTO's simply to meet the quota.
Interestingly, our best PTO signing (Versteeg) was a guy who didn't even spend the preseason with the Flames...
