I was there luckily I picked up 2 tickets during the pre sale as they did sell out rather quickly. I showed up a little late but saw Anthrax/Lamb Of God and of course Slayer.

Slayer were really tight sounding other then the occasional Tom Araya not the strongest voice, but really he is 56 years old playing thrash since 1981, compare it to Hetfield or almost anyone that's screamed/sang for that long and I would say it was *$#@ing amazing. Super happy I went and saw them

I will say that Lamb of God were pretty close to them for quality/etc.

Now onto the bad, the lineups for beer/washrooms. I have a feeling they greatly underestimated how much beer would be drank/urinated over a 5 hour Metal show but there were lineups everywhere for everything. def should of had some porta potties outside as well as more beer tubs everywhere.

But all in all Slayer definitely went out with a bang in Calgary thats for sure.
