They've gone the route of time not being fixed. That could either result in multiple universes, or that there simply exists one current time that can be affected by time travel.

But the only way they get a true paradox is if Deke does evaporate, which would make no sense. Deke became a part of the 'current' timeline when he traveled back in time.

Deke is out there exploring Earth, Fitz is frozen circling around Jupiter with Enoch (who is also now alive).
