According to a breaking news report from SportsBladet, former National Hockey League winger Kristian Huselius was arrested on Thursday on probable grounds of what is being described as "serious" violence committed against a female, presumably Huselius' significant other. This isn't a one time incident of domestic violence either, according to the prosecutor in this case the abuse that is being alleged here has carried on for a period of 5 months and sounds particularly heinous.

Now to be clear these are currently only accusations at this stage and Huselius has not been convicted of any crime at this time, and as you would expect his attorney has come forward and issued a complete denial of his involvement in this situation.

"My client's position is clear, he denies crimes," said lawyer Slobodan Jovicic.
