Roll your eyes all you want, but your sarcasm is correct. They'd rather have bodies on the strip by 8 as opposed to 10. It's a long weekend both here and there.
Assume everyone in vegas is in bed by midnight. Who has more spending power? The ones out there for 4 hours? Or the ones out there for 2.
