Slight decline. But my point was that it wasn't a steady increasing line.

Also, if we were to also aggregate for factors such as the increasing diverse population of Canada (more potential people to be targets of hate crimes), this would also cause the numbers to show an even more downward trend.

I also didn't mean my comment as a serious interpretation of the data - I mean 4 years and 2 years for hate crimes against Muslims, to try to draw real conclusions from that sample size is just silly.
