Edmund backing up his 3 set victory over Djoker picks up another impressive win beating Goffin rather routinely 6-3, 6-3.

Edmund did a great job of keeping the small in stature but dangerous off both wings because of his ability to strike the ball early and clean Goffin at bay all match with a bunch of thumping, deep and heavy forehands.

This was a relentless and smothering performance by the Brit. Edmund never gave the Belgian much of any opportunity to threaten his serve or really even get into the match.

Edit: and the winner of the Raonic/Shapo match coming up will get an opportunity to take out Edmund afterwards and grab a spot in the semifinals.
