Also Treliving has mostly traded picks for D and goalies, right? The Jets have only two D (Trouba and Morrissey) playing who they drafted. 4 if you count Enstrom, who was drafted by the previous regime way back in 2003 and Chiarot from 2009. They got Buf for a 1st and 2nd plus players. They got Myers (and a fairly useless first round pick) for Kane and Bogosian. They got Morrow for a pick. Kulikov was a UFA.

Other teams have had more top 10 picks in this time and have been far less successful. I hate the Jets as much as anyone but I will give them their dues for having amongst the best scouting systems in the league and a GM that seems to not get in their way.
