Often we see this sort of viewpoints when the poster has done this in the past and is saying it is ok, or harmless. I would argue that is is harmful behaviour that needs to be addressed, now more so than ever if we claim to be a multicultural society where these actions are unacceptable.
So not a lynch mob, it’s appropriate justice.

It's never appropriate justice once you turn it over to third parties to carry just as far as they choose. Should people be fired for comments not made in a workplace? Blacklisted from their occupation? Evicted from their homes? Lose custody of their children, maybe? Basically, Flashpoint is saying that
nothing is too harsh a punishment, and these people deserve whatever any random member of the public may choose to do to them.
I've seen this happen in my own profession before now. It ruins lives, destroys careers, and occasionally kills. The cure is far, far worse than the disease.
